We work with you to identify areas in need of development and coaching plans, which we then will implement with you so that there are meaningful changes that are maintained after the coaching process is concluded.
Typical Program
Our typical process is between four and six months in length and produces results using a three-step process.
1. Assessment
We complete an in-depth assessment to identify strengths and development needs using:
- In-depth background interviews
- Psychometric testing
- Ten to twelve stakeholder interviews
- Production of thematic summary
- Feedback of assessment results with participant
2. Delivery
We provide development planning and coaching sessions:
- Creation of a targeted development plan
- Joint session with participant, manager, and coach to review development plan and provide feedback
- Ten to twelve coaching sessions over a period of four to six months
3. Progress Checks
We evaluate the participant’s progress to ensure development is on track
- Progress checks three and six months into the coaching program
- Post-program evaluation approximately six months after the coaching sessions have concluded to summarize the progress to date and define the next step
